Product Description
The Steel Pipe Internal & External 2LPE / 3LPE / FBE Liquid & Powder Epoxy Coating Line is designed for high-performance anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes. It is widely applied in various infrastructure projects, particularly in oil and gas transmission as well as water pipeline systems.
This coating system supports multiple anti-corrosion technologies, including Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder coating, two-layer extruded polyethylene (2LPE), two-layer polypropylene (2LPP), and three-layer extruded polyethylene (3LPE) coating solutions.
The production line is engineered to manufacture coated steel pipes in full compliance with major international standards, including DIN 30670:1991, CAN Z245.21-2010, ISO 21809-1:2009, SY/T 0413-2002, GB/T 23257-2009, GOST 9.602-2016, and GOST R 51164-98, ensuring reliable quality and long-term corrosion protection performance.

The product pipe fully complies with SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.

Before delivery all the equipment must be trial operated to confirm the quantity perfectly.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of pick-up for mechanical part , and 6 months for the electrical part.
