The 3PE anti-corrosion coating processing line is engineered to apply a durable three-layer protective coating to steel pipes of various specifications, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding environments.

The system applies the coating in three sequential layers:

• Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) - Provides superior adhesion and exceptional corrosion protection

• Adhesive Layer - Ensures strong bonding between the FBE and outer polyethylene layer

• Polyethylene (PE) Outer Layer - Offers robust mechanical protection and thermal insulation

This integrated coating solution is ideal for applications in oil, gas, water, and infrastructure projects where pipeline longevity and safety are critical.
