3LPE Steel Pipe External Anti-Corrosion Coating Line

The 3PE anti-corrosion coating processing line is engineered to apply a three-layer protective coating onto steel pipes of various specifications.
The system sequentially applies:

1. Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) - ensures strong adhesion and corrosion resistance

2. Adhesive layer - bonds the epoxy to the outer layer

3. Polyethylene outer layer - provides durable mechanical protection and insulation

3PE can strengthen the pipeline's mechanical properties, high electrical resistance, waterproof, wearable, anti-aging.
3PE coating/coated steel pipes are widely used in pipeline systems for the transmission of oil, gas, water and other fluids. They have highly resistance to corrosive from chemicals, moisture, harmful environment etc.
