This fully automatic HDPE water and gas supply pipe production line is specially designed for manufacturing high‑performance PE pipes using PE80 and PE100 raw materials, covering pipe diameters from 20mm up to 2000mm. It is widely used in municipal water supply, urban gas transmission, agricultural irrigation, underground pipeline engineering, and long‑distance fluid transportation.

The line integrates a high‑efficiency single screw extruder, precision extrusion mold, vacuum calibration cooling system, high‑speed haul‑off machine, and intelligent non‑cutting or chipless cutting machine, ensuring pipes with stable dimensions, smooth surface, high pressure resistance, and long service life. Equipped with a PLC-intelligent control system and online monitoring functions, it enables fully automatic operation, real‑time quality control, and stable, continuous production.
