This complete O-type extrusion anti-corrosion 3LPE 2LPE FBE coating machine integrates steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collection, pipe preheating, electrostatic powder spraying, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as detection and electric control systems.

O-type extrusion 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe features excellent chemical resistance, effectively resisting erosion from various chemical media, including acids, bases, salts, and oxidants. It supports medium transportation in diverse working environments and significantly extends the service life of steel pipes. This high-performance anti-corrosion steel pipe is widely applied in oil and natural gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, and many other industrial fields.
