Big Diameter HDPE Hollow Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line for Municipal Underground Drainage System

The HDPE hollow wall corrugated pipes / structured wall pipes manufactured by this production line feature a unique structural design, which provides high ring stiffness, excellent impact strength and low weight.
They also offer outstanding performance in creep resistance, external load resistance and corrosion resistance (including resistance to acids, alkalis and salts), with a service life of up to 50 years.
The winding pipe extrusion line of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. integrates advanced domestic and international technologies, and is capable of producing pipes with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 3000 mm.
 
It is widely applied in municipal sewage and drainage systems and is an ideal replacement for traditional cement pipes, cast iron pipes and other conventional materials.Featuring low installation cost, simple operation, convenient connection and economical construction, it offers broad application prospects and strong market potential.
