Radiation Crosslinking Treatment: The PE back film is sent to professional irradiation companies for precise radiation crosslinking with appropriate radiation dose, enhancing the heat-shrinkable sleeve’s fire resistance, tensile strength, and dimensional stability.

Adhesive Coating & Stretching: The irradiated back film is fed into the heat-shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating production line. The substrate is stretched twice to ensure an excellent shrinkage rate, then a unique formula hot melt adhesive (extruded by a professional reaction vessel) is bonded with the back film, resulting in finished products with high peel strength and reliable anti-corrosion performance.

Quality Guarantee & After-Sales Service

Quality Guarantee Period: 12 months from the date of installation, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period, we are obligated to provide lifelong service at the buyer's expense.

Warranty Service: During the warranty period, we are responsible for providing troubleshooting to help customers solve problems and provide damaged spare parts (excluding damage caused by the buyer's improper operation).

Free Training: We provide free technical service and worker training for the buyer.

On-Site Service: We can send technicians to the buyer's overseas company to assist in installation and line testing. The buyer shall bear the round-trip air tickets, accommodation, transportation, medical treatment, insurance, and a certain salary of the technicians in foreign countries.

A: We are a professional heat-shrinkable sleeve machinery manufacturer with our own factory located in Qingdao High & New Technology Industrial Area. We are directly responsible for the entire production process from raw materials to finished plastic extrusion equipment, which enables us to better control costs, quality, and delivery time. We warmly welcome all customers and partners to visit our factory and conduct on-site inspections of our production capabilities, R&D strength, and product quality.
Q2. When can we ship the order after placing it?
A: For a regular heat shrink sleeve extrusion line and a plastic sheet production line with inventory, we can arrange shipment within 90 working days. For orders that require customization (such as different specifications, models or personalized production requirements), the specific delivery time will be confirmed in the contract based on the complexity of the order and customization details.
Q3. How long will the Delivery Time be?
A: The delivery time is 3 months after receiving the deposit, which is applicable to most plastic extrusion equipment orders, including heat shrinkable sleeve machinery, PE PP sheet extrusion line, and related accessories.
Q4. Production output
A: It is a different output capability for products made by our machinery with different diameters, especially for pipeline-related products. The maximum output capability is 3 to 8 km/day, and the annual processing capacity is 2 million square meters (Φ508 mm), which can fully meet the large-scale production needs of global customers.
Q5. After-sales service:
A: Warranty period: Before delivery, all the plastic extrusion equipment must be trial-operated to confirm the quality perfectly. The warranty period is 12 months from the pickup date for the mechanical parts, and 6 months for the electrical parts.
B: Service: The seller provides professional technical services and offers free training and guidance to the buyer's operators, helping customers master the operation skills of the machinery quickly and ensure smooth production.
