High-Efficiency and Stable PE Pipe Production Line: Achieving High-Speed Extrusion and Premium Production of Large-Diameter Thick-Walled Pipes

This PE pipe production line utilizes a high-efficiency extruder specifically designed for HDPE and PP pipes, equipped with a barrier-type mixing screw and a grooved barrel, ensuring excellent plasticization, extrusion stability, and high output.

The optimized spiral die head is specifically designed for large-diameter thick-walled pipes, featuring low melt temperature, excellent mixing performance, low mold cavity pressure, and stable production.

The production line is equipped with an advanced sizing and cooling system, utilizing water film lubrication and water ring cooling technology to ensure stable pipe diameter and roundness during high-speed production.

The entire production line is centrally controlled by the PLC system, equipped with a touch-screen human-machine interface for intuitive and straightforward parameter setting and monitoring. The application of multi-layer co-extrusion technology further reduces production costs.

The produced pipes exhibit excellent heat fusion buttability, flexibility, corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and anti-aging performance, widely used in municipal water supply and urban gas transportation sectors.
