Product Description

 The HUASHIDA Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is designed for in-factory coating of steel pipes across a wide diameter range (50-4200mm). It is extensively applied in diverse engineering projects, particularly for heating, gas, water supply, and other fluid transmission pipelines that demand long-term durability and corrosion protection. Our integrated line applies a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) internal coating and a 3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) external coating. The FBE inner layer ensures exceptional adhesion and chemical resistance, while the 3LPE outer layer provides an impermeable barrier against moisture, soil stress, and corrosive elements. This combination results in a smooth, low-friction surface that enhances flow efficiency and significantly extends pipeline service life. ​

External 3LPE & Internal FBE Coating Line Process:

Upload pipe → Pipe screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Outer layer bonding polyethylene coating → Cooling spraying → Pipe screw conveyor → Pipe end face grinding → Unloading pipe.
