External 3LPE anti-corrosion and internal epoxy liquid coating spray is a highly efficient method for protecting steel pipes from corrosion.
The external 3PE anti-corrosion structure consists of an epoxy powder primer, an adhesive middle layer, and an outer polyethylene layer. The epoxy powder primarily provides corrosion resistance, the adhesive enhances bonding between layers, and the polyethylene offers excellent mechanical protection and environmental durability.
The internal epoxy liquid coating spray provides strong adhesion and exceptional chemical corrosion resistance, effectively preventing corrosion inside steel pipes caused by conveyed media (such as oil, gas, water, etc.). This corrosion protection method is widely used in oil and natural gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, and other fields, significantly extending the service life of steel pipes.
