This production line applies a three-layer coating system consisting of epoxy powder, hot melt adhesive, and polyethylene outer layer, ensuring excellent adhesion, mechanical strength, and long-term corrosion resistance.

The epoxy powder layer provides strong bonding and chemical resistance, while the hot melt adhesive enhances interlayer adhesion. The polyethylene outer coating offers outstanding impact resistance, moisture protection, and durability. With a stable and efficient production process, the line delivers uniform coating thickness and reliable quality.

This 3PE coating line supports a wide range of pipe diameters and can be customized to meet specific project requirements. 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of the first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer, and outer polyethylene layer.
