Double-wall corrugated pipes are multifunctional municipal pipelines manufactured primarily from plastic pellets via extrusion molding. Featuring a smooth inner wall and a corrugated external profile (e.g., trapezoidal or arc-shaped waves), this distinctive structural design delivers outstanding performance in ring stiffness, pressure resistance, toughness, and corrosion and abrasion resistance. Additionally, the pipes are lightweight, easy to install, cost-effective in construction, and durable in service.
These pipes find extensive applications in municipal renovation, construction projects, industrial and agricultural drainage, agricultural water-saving irrigation, and wastewater treatment systems. They serve as an ideal alternative to conventional pipe materials like concrete and cast iron pipes.

 Faster Production Speed

The mold undergoes continuous circumferential pressure water cooling throughout its full operation path, resulting in superior cooling performance. Output can reach more than three times that of air-cooling and traditional water-cooling systems.

Lower Energy Consumption

The extrusion system uses a buffered forced-feeding section, significantly reducing the power consumption of the main drive motor by 30%.
The large L/D ratio screw (36:1) ensures excellent plasticizing performance and superior material adaptability.
Optimized die flow channel design enables low-temperature, low-pressure pipe extrusion.
