3LPE Coating Pipe Production Line 3PE FBE 2PE 3PP Internal External 

3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of  three layers:
1. FBE (Fusion bonded epoxy) coating, FBE>100um
2. Adhesive layer, 170~250um
3. Polyethylene layer, 1.8~3.7mm
The three layers are integrated and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion coating.
The three-layer PE anti-corrosion pipeline production line manufactured by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., with a production range of 159mm to 1600mm, belongs to the category of large-diameter production lines. The pipes produced by this equipment cover a widely applicable specification of pipe materials and are extensively used in various engineering constructions, particularly in heating, gas transmission, and oil transportation projects. The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating serves as an excellent external protective layer for buried pipelines. This technology has been widely adopted in major domestic projects such as the West-to-East Gas Pipeline, oil field transportation pipelines, as well as urban gas and water supply pipeline anti-corrosion applications.
