3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) anti-corrosion coating production lines are designed for pipes with diameters ranging from Φ59 mm to Φ3000 mm. This system applies a robust three-layer protective coating that ensures long-lasting durability and superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for critical pipeline projects worldwide.

Coating Structure & Technology:

Layer 1: Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) – Applied at >100 μm to provide strong adhesion and exceptional corrosion protection.

Layer 2: Adhesive (AD) – A bonding layer of 170–250 μm that ensures seamless integration between epoxy and polyethylene.

Layer 3: Polyethylene (PE) – A durable outer shield of 2.5–3.7 mm, offering mechanical strength and environmental resistance.

The three layers are seamlessly fused into a single, high-performance coating that bonds firmly to the steel pipe, creating an impermeable barrier against corrosion.

Technical prpcess:
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→shot blasting → intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→Adhesive & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→Pipe end beveling→unload pipes
