The heat shrinkable tape production line consists of an LDPE substrate extrusion production line, a heat shrinkable tape coating production line, heat shrinkable sleeve processing equipment, and auxiliary equipment. This unit has low energy consumption, low noise, controllable production speed, and a high degree of automation.![]()
New Product Introduction: The fiberglass reinforced heat shrinkable tape production line is based on the existing unit, adding fiberglass unwinding equipment, fiberglass heating and leveling equipment, a 65/30 single-screw extruder, and a special T-shaped flat-head die, etc. This production line can continuously form three-layer fiber-reinforced heat shrinkable tape in one pass, with fast production speed, high yield, and low energy consumption.
The advent of the fiberglass reinforced heat shrinkable tape production line marks a new stage in the domestic fiber-reinforced heat shrinkable tape industry, characterized by "one-time molding and simultaneous three-layer processing." Its process can be summarized as a "three-piece set":
1. Substrate First - The LDPE extrusion line first produces a high-purity substrate;
2. Irradiation Crosslinking - A professional electron accelerator irradiates the substrate at a set dosage, endowing it with both flame-retardant and high-strength properties;
3. Online Lamination - After secondary stretching and shaping, the irradiated substrate is then bonded in real-time with a specially formulated hot melt adhesive extruded from the reactor along the coating line, significantly improving peel strength and simultaneously achieving the required shrinkage rate for the finished product.
Based on actual production needs and market demand, the heat shrinkable tape production line can produce heat shrinkable tape, sleeve-type heat shrinkable sleeves, and clip-on heat shrinkable sleeves, among other products.

The seller provides the technical service and related electrical drawings with free, and trains the buy's staff.
The seller can send enough technicians to the buyer's company for guiding the installation and commissioning the lines. The round trip ticket, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance caused by the seller's experts in buyer's country and 150 US dollars per person per day will be covered by the buyer.![]()
