TPEP Steel Pipe Internal FBE and External 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production line
HUASHIDA Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe in the factory with various diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

Production line Process:Upload pipe → Pipe screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Outer layer bonding polyethylene coating → Cooling spraying → Pipe screw conveyor → Pipe end face grinding → Unloading pipe.
