Leveraging advanced German extrusion technology, this integrated system combines precision engineering with operational efficiency to meet diverse industrial and municipal pipeline demands.

The vacuum calibration polyurethane insulation pipe is a kind of high efficiency pre insulated pipe. It is mainly composed of working steel pipe. The working steel pipe is in the innermost layer and assumes the conveying medium(For example: hot water, steam) function. In the middle there is a PU insulation layer, playing the role of heat preservation and insulation, which can effectively reduce heat loss. The outermost layer is a plastic outer protective tube. HDPE jacketed pipe is produced using a vacuum calibration process, resulting in smooth inner and outer walls, long service life, excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation, and superior mechanical properties. This series of units integrates extrusion, vacuum sizing, cooling, pulling, cutting, and unloading.
It is widely used in pipeline network construction in various fields, including centralized heating, petrochemicals, natural gas, and municipal engineering.

Vacuum Calibration
Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.

Haul-off Machine
The haul-off machine is mainly composed of driving device, tracks, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off tracks are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds.
An automatic length measuring device realizes cutting at a set length.

No-Dust Cutter
It adopts blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.
