External 3PE anti-corrosion:
The product adopts a three-layer composite structure: the bottom layer is epoxy powder to achieve anti-corrosion function; The middle layer is an adhesive to enhance the bonding strength between layers. The outer layer is made of polyethylene, which combines mechanical protection and environmental tolerance.
Internal anti-corrosion:
By spraying epoxy paint, taking advantage of its strong adhesion and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, it prevents the oil, gas, water and other media transported inside the steel pipe from corroding.
To meet the anti-corrosion requirements of pipelines, a dual solution of external 3PE composite structure (chemical anti-corrosion + mechanical protection) and internal epoxy coating is adopted: the outer 3PE enhances the anti-corrosion ability through interlayer synergy, while the inner epoxy coating specifically addresses the problem of medium corrosion. The overall solution is highly efficient, durable and has a long service life.
