Product Description
A complete set of O-type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion 3LPE 2LPE FBE Coating Machine includes systems of steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collector, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying powder, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system.
O-type extruded 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipes exhibit excellent chemical resistance. They can withstand erosion from various chemical media including acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizers, making them suitable for medium transportation in diverse environments and significantly prolonging the service life of pipelines. This anti-corrosion steel pipe is widely used in multiple fields such as oil and gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage systems, and other industrial applications.

Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal→intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer adhesive polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipe ends→unload pipes
