Product Description
A complete set of O-type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion 3LPE 2LPE FBE Coating Machine includes systems of steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collector, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying powder, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system.
The O-type extrusion 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe exhibits excellent chemical resistance, capable of withstanding corrosion from various chemical substances including acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizing agents. Its robust protective properties make it ideal for medium transportation across diverse environmental conditions, significantly extending the steel pipe's operational lifespan. This corrosion-resistant piping solution finds extensive applications in oil and gas transmission pipelines, water supply/drainage systems, and numerous industrial sectors.
Technological processes
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal→intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer adhesive polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipe ends→unload pipes
