     The "Polyurethane-Sprayed, Polyethylene-Wrapped Prefabricated Buried Insulation Pipe" is constructed from three integral components: a robust working steel pipe, a meticulously sprayed polyurethane insulation layer, and a durable extruded polyethylene outer protective layer. During the production process, the thickness of both the insulation layer and the outer protective layer can be precisely adjusted within a defined range to meet specific project requirements. Quantitative production is meticulously tailored based on the parameters of the medium used in centralized heating and cooling systems, as well as the required insulation layer thickness to effectively manage heat dissipation losses, thereby ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction for diverse projects.

     Before construction, it is necessary to fully understand the construction site, such as length, diameter, curvature, angle, etc., in order to select the appropriate spraying equipment. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the temperature, humidity, wind direction, etc. of the construction environment to determine the meteorological conditions during construction.

     Before the operation, equipment such as spray guns, compressed air, mixers, etc. need to be prepared. In addition, the polyurethane materials, diluents, catalysts, etc. used need to be prepared and mixed in the correct proportion. Primer treatment is required first to ensure that it can adhere firmly to the surface of the pipe. The color of the primer needs to match the insulation material used. Before the operation, the equipment needs to be debugged to ensure its normal operation. Then, start the operation according to the pre-planned spraying route, ensure uniform thickness, and avoid missing coating, re-coating, etc. After the spraying operation is completed, post-processing is required. For example, the sprayed material needs to be dried to ensure that it is completely cured. At the same time, the sprayed surface needs to be scrubbed and cleaned to make it smooth and pollution-free.
