Product Overview
The 3PE anti-corrosion coating production line is designed for applying a three-layer coating to steel pipes, enhancing their mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and durability. It is ideal for oil, gas, water, and other fluid transmission pipelines.
 
Coating Structure:
First Layer: Fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE > 100µm)
Second Layer: Adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm
Third Layer: Polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm
