Our vacuum calibration PU insulated pipe production line manufactures high-performance pre-insulated pipes for district heating, oil/gas, and industrial applications. The pipes feature:

• 3-Layer Structure:

  • Inner Layer: Steel pipe (60-2000mm) for fluid/steam transport.

  • Middle Layer: Polyurethane (PU) foam insulation (low thermal conductivity: ≤0.033 W/m·K).

  • Outer Layer: HDPE/PE protective casing (corrosion-resistant, UV-stable).

 Materials: ISO/POLY (PU foam), HDPE, carbon steel/galvanized steel pipes.

Production Process

1. HDPE Jacket Extrusion:

   • Vacuum feeding → Drying → Extrusion → Vacuum calibration → Cooling → Cutting.

2. PU Foam Injection:

   • Steel pipe assembly → PU foaming → Curing → Outer HDPE casing.
