Product Description
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is employed for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is more commonly utilized in various engineering projects, particularly in the heating, gas, and oil sectors.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
The 3LPE coating can enhance the pipeline's mechanical attributes, offering high electrical resistance, waterproofing, durability, and aging resistance.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

Application
The 3PE anti-corrosion coating is advanced technology as the outer protective layer of buried pipe, widely used in the anti-corrosion of gas and oil transmission pipeline, urban gas supply, water supply pipe and other fluid transmission pipeline. The 3LPE anti-corrosion coating can enhance the pipeline's mechanical characteristics, providing high electrical resistance, waterproofing, durability, and resistance to aging.
