Description:
3PE anti-corrosion coating production line means the steel pipe is protected by three layer to prolong the life of use from 5-10years to 50-100years.
First layer is Fusion bonded epoxy layer (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm. Present we can made the machinery for diameter range Φ159 ~ Φ1220.
3PE steel pipe outer coating has a high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation performance. The merits include high degree of mechanization, process parameters stable, not pollute the environment, etc. In recent years, the intensive of the pipeline corrosion engineering has been widely used.

3pe have Long-term corrosion resistance

FBE components have excellent adhesion to steel, providing excellent long-term corrosion resistance and protection for pipelines operating at moderate temperatures.

If desired, low application temperature (LAT) FBE can be selected as a primer to ensure low preheating conditions and long-term integrity of high strength steels (X80 or higher)

In addition, 3LPE systems have excellent cathodic stripping resistance, reducing the life cycle cost of cathodic protection

 Aseptic technic

Double-layer fused epoxy powder spraying method: the process has low efficiency and poor effect, and also directly affects the corrosion life of the pipeline, because the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is only 800μm, which is about 20% of the thickness of the 3PE anti-corrosion layer. The double epoxy layer has good scratch resistance but poor impact wear resistance, and it is easy to damage the anticorrosive layer in the process of bending pipe down the ditch and backfilling. The anticorrosive layer at the end of the pipe is damaged due to transportation and lifting, and the repair operation of the damaged double epoxy anticorrosive layer is more complicated, and the anticorrosive layer can only withstand 4Kv electrical spark leak detection voltage, and the heat shrink sleeve repair is 15Kv, which is the weak point of the pipeline external anticorrosion.

Heat shrinkable sleeve (with) heating sleeve installation method: the whole process of the anti-corrosion process is manual operation, high labor intensity and low efficiency. Manual flame heating heat shrinkable sleeve, anti-corrosion layer thickness is generally 1.2-1.5mm. Because the bending pipe surface needs to be preheated by workers with natural gas or gas flame, and then evenly coated with solvent-free epoxy primer, and then the polyethylene heat shrink sleeve (belt) is heated with flame and then contracted and affixed to the bending pipe, the workers use the flame spray gun for manual anti-corrosion operations. And because the epoxy primer is not easy to apply evenly, the flame preheating temperature and the temperature during heating contraction are not easy to control, there will be uneven overflow, uneven lap, poor appearance molding, wrinkled, warped edge and hollow drum and other phenomena, poor quality stability.
