A considerable part of Russia has a frigid climate, with extremely cold and long winters. Therefore, during pipeline construction, it is often encountered that the heat shrink tape cannot shrink due to extreme low temperatures, or the connection joints become brittle and burst. For this reason, they are considering importing heat shrink tape equipment from China to produce it themselves, in order to solve the problem of being constrained by others for high-quality heat shrink tape.
