On April 10th, Huashida’s spray winding insulation pipe equipment was delivered to an oil and gas customer’s facility in the United Arab Emirates. During the commissioning phase, the customer encountered abnormal noises during the debugging of large-scale equipment and urgently requested technical support. In response, Huashida’s technical team promptly dispatched an engineer directly from the heat shrink sleeve project site in Zhengzhou to the UAE. Upon arrival, the engineer identified that the equipment malfunction was caused by imbalance during the initial debugging process. The team worked continuously and completed precise adjustments, restoring stable operation within 24 hours. Immediately thereafter, on-site operational training was conducted for the customer’s personnel.
