Successfully signed a 3PE anti-corrosion production line and an external shot blasting and rust removal line with a Liny

Spring tides are surging, and good news keeps coming! On March 30, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a client in Linyi to customize a 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line (1020–3620) and an external shot blasting rust removal line. This signing reflects the client’s high recognition of Huashida’s technical strength and product quality.

Prior to this, on March 16, the client visited Huashida for an on-site inspection, gaining an in-depth understanding of the production process, assembly workflow, and quality control system, and highly affirmed the company’s manufacturing capabilities. After thorough technical discussions and business negotiations, the two parties reached this cooperation.

The 3PE production line is designed for large-diameter steel pipes, featuring high automation, strong coating adhesion, and excellent corrosion resistance. The external shot blasting line efficiently removes rust and provides a high-quality surface for coating. Together, they offer an efficient and intelligent one-stop solution.
