Qingdao Huashida accelerated the commissioning of the 1620 type 3PE anti-corrosion equipment for a Russian client

Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. is accelerating the commissioning of 1620 type3PE anti- corrosion equipmenfor its Russian customer steelconstruction, striving to hand over the best equipment in advance to ensure that it is put into production on time. Steelconstruction is a large steel pipe wholesaler in Moscow, covering customers in the CIS. Some of its customers make profits by purchasing steel pipes and selling them after anti-corrosion treatment. This model prompted the company to decide to extend the industrial chain to the anti-corrosion processing link. After investigation, the customer found that all related companies use Huashida equipment, especially the Atyrau Pipeline Anti-corrosion Company in Kazakhstan, which has a close cooperation, and it has achieved development from scratch by relying on Huashida equipment.

Based on this, steelconstruction established contact with Huashida through the Chinese office, and finally purchased the equipment after several substantive mutual visits and inspections. In April this year, Huashida used 4 17-meter trailers to transport the equipment to Russia by land according to the contract. After the professional team followed up and completed the infrastructure such as factory buildings, water, electricity and gas, the engineers immediately entered the site to carry out comprehensive assembly and commissioning, accurately matching parameter calibration according to the actual needs of customers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent efficient production, and fully ensuring that the equipment is delivered in the best state.
