The system utilizes a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with advanced plasticizing technology to ensure uniform melting and stable extrusion performance.

The production process begins with automatic material loading and drying, followed by precision extrusion through a specially designed die head. The extruded pipe enters the vacuum calibration tank for accurate dimensional formation, then passes through cooling tanks for rapid, uniform cooling. The haul-off unit ensures stable pulling velocity, while the automatic cutting system provides precise pipe lengths.
