Coating Principle
FBE epoxy powder coating adopts non-toxic thermosetting raw materials. After high-temperature curing, this anti-corrosion powder coating forms a high-molecular cross-linked dense protective structure with outstanding chemical anti-corrosion, wear resistance, anti-aging and mechanical strength.
The FBE coating base layer closely bonds with the steel pipe surface, delivering excellent adhesion, acid alkali resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance - a critical requirement for oil & gas pipeline coating exposed to harsh underground and oilfield conditions.
