• External steel pipe shot blasting & derusting system
• Continuous polyurethane spray foaming line
• HDPE strip wrapping & forming production line

Supported by multiple national utility patents and awarded Level 5 third-party certification, this line meets domestic leading industrial standards and is recognized as Shandong's First Set of Technical Equipment.

Featuring a fully automatic continuous PUR spraying process, the line delivers high efficiency, low material consumption, and energy-saving performance. It ensures uniform, high-quality polyurethane foam with a high closed-cell ratio, low water absorption, and stable three-layer composite molding.

The insulated pipes produced are eco-friendly, low-carbon, highly stable, and provide outstanding economic and social value for long-distance pipeline projects.
