Internal & External FBE Powder Coating: Epoxy powder, a thermosetting and non-toxic coating material, forms a high-molecular cross-linked structure after curing. This coating combines excellent chemical and anti-corrosion performance with strong mechanical strength, making it ideal for protecting steel pipelines. Its base layer bonds and cures firmly on the steel pipe surface, forming a continuous and dense protective layer that delivers superior adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer adhesive bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and connects tightly with the polyethylene top layer, integrating the three-layer structure into a unified and reliable protective whole.

The three-layer HDPE stripe winding process, with epoxy powder coating as the bottom layer and binding adhesive as the second layer, is a widely used technique in steel pipe anti-corrosion all over the world. The anti-corrosion steel pipe is applied in oil, gas, and water supply pipelines.

The three-layer PE anti-corrosion structure includes a fusion-bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer, and polyethylene outside layer. The epoxy powder is a kind of thermosetting nontoxic coating, forming a high molecular weight cross-linking structure coating after solidifying, featuring good chemical anti-corrosion and high mechanical properties. The function of the epoxy layer is to form a continuous coating and to provide the steel tube surface with good chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. The function of the polymer adhesive is to agglutinate the epoxy layer and the polyethylene outside layer, which unites all three layers together. The polyethylene layer protects the pipe from abrasion, bumps, and water.

It supports separate spraying or composite coating of inner and outer walls (such as outer 3LPE and inner FBE), which can meet different application scenarios, including civil water supply and long-distance oil and gas transportation projects.
The intermediate frequency heating system has a temperature control accuracy of ±2ºC, ensuring uniform melting and adhesion of the powder. The rotational speed of the spiral conveying system is adjustable, which can adapt to the conveying efficiency of steel pipes with different diameters, ensuring stable and consistent processing quality.
The powder recovery device complies with CE and ISO14001 environmental standards, effectively avoiding dust pollution and meeting global environmental protection requirements for industrial production.
