Epoxy powder is a thermosetting non-toxic coating. After curing, it forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked coating with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties. The function of epoxy powder bottom layer is to form continuous coating, providing excellent adhension by agglutinate and solidifying the steel tube surface with good  chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. The function of polymer adhesive is to agglutinate the epoxy powder before gelation, and to agglutinate the polyethylene top layer, which unites all three layers together.

Question 1: What pipe diameter range can your product line handle?
Answer: This product line can be customized according to customer requirements. Following are main diameter we did:

Question 2: What is your anti-corrosion coating standard?
Answer: It can meet the requirements of SY/T 0413-2002, GB/T 23257-2009, German standards DIN 30670 and DIN 30678, as well as the coating specifications issued by NACE International and DNV.
The finished coated pipes fully comply with SY/T 0315-2005, CNPC 38-2002 Technical Specification for Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating of Buried Steel Pipelines, and relevant standards of Canada and NACE International.

Question 3: What is our production and delivery time
Answer: Approximately 2 months after the contract is signed..

Answer: The production output varies with pipe diameter, the Max. is 3 to 8 km/day, and annual processing capacity is 2 million square meters (Φ508 mm).

Question 7: After-sales service
Answer:  All equipment will be tested and commissioned before delivery to ensure perfect performance and quality. The warranty period is 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electrical parts from the date of equipment collection.The Seller provides free technical support, including operation training and guidance for the Buyer's personnel.
