HUASHIDA Steel pipe anticorrosion coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe in the factory with various diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, water supply pipe and other fluid transmission pipeline.

Steel Pipe Internal FBE & External 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line:The FBE inner layer provides strong adhesion and excellent chemical resistance, while the 3LPE outer layer delivers superior barrier performance against moisture, soil stress, and corrosive environments. The resulting coating surface is smooth and low-friction, enhancing flow efficiency and extending pipeline service life.

External 3LPE & Internal FBE Coating Line Process:

Upload pipe → Pipe screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Outer layer bonding polyethylene coating → Cooling spraying → Pipe screw conveyor → Pipe end face grinding → Unloading pipe.
