PE-Vacuum Calibration Insulation Pipe Production Line
This advanced machinery is widely recognized for producing pre-insulated pipes used in energy-saving trenchless pipeline installations. These pipes feature rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation within a protective outer casing, ideal for heating networks with a working pressure of 1.6 MPa and water temperatures up to 403°K (130°C), with short-term tolerance up to 423°K (150°C).

The "pipe-in-pipe" structure consists of:
Carrier Pipe: Steel or galvanized steel.
Insulation Layer: Polyurethane foam (PUF).
Outer Casing: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) for underground installations or galvanized steel for above-ground applications.
