PU Spraying & PE Wrapping Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line for Oil & Gas Pipelines
The polyurethane sprayed polyethylene thermal winding preinsulation pipe production line independently developed by Huashida, consists of three parts: External shot blasting and derusting collector production line, polyurethane spraying production line, and PE winding production line.
It is mainly used in pipeline engineering for oil, natural gas, and district heating. This production line uses an automated process to form a uniform insulation layer on the pipe surface, improving thermal efficiency and service life.It has significant economic and social benefits.
Rust Removal Polyurethane Foam Spraying Polyethylene wrapping
Key Processes:
Steel Pipe Rust Removal: The steel pipe surface is treated to remove rust, ensuring a clean surface.
Preheating: The cleaned steel pipes are preheated using medium-frequency heating.
Polyurethane Foam Spraying: Polyurethane raw materials (isocyanate and polyol) are mixed using a high-pressure foaming machine and evenly sprayed onto the preheated steel pipe surface.
External Protection: Polyethylene (PE) material is used for wrapping.
Cooling and Shaping: Water cooling system.
Cutting: The insulated pipes are cut to the required length.
Trimming: The ends of the pipes are trimmed to ensure a flat end face, facilitating subsequent installation and connection.
Finished Product Output: Automatic unloading and packaging.
