Structure
The PUF insulation system consists of a rigid "pipe-in-pipe" structure, which includes:

Carrier Pipe: Made of steel or galvanized steel
Insulation Layer: Rigid polyurethane foam
Outer Jacket: High-density polyethylene for underground installation or galvanized steel for above-ground use
Rigidity and Performance
The rigidity of the system is enhanced by strong connections between the steel pipe, polyurethane insulation, and jacket pipe. The pre-shot blast or blast cleaning of the steel pipe surface optimizes the performance of the polyurethane insulation and the corona surface of the polyethylene shell.

Increased Reliability: The PUF insulation system significantly enhances the reliability of the pipeline.
Remote Condition Monitoring: Enables operational availability and monitoring of the PUF insulation, allowing for early detection and repair of coolant leaks, thus preventing typical accidents associated with thermal networks of other designs.
