Designed line speed: 35 m/min (using 25 mm wall thickness, Ø50 mm pipe as an example). Installed power: ≈ 380 kW (including heating). Turnkey service. • Process recipes, installation and commissioning, personnel training, and after-sales maintenance. Floor space: L 85 m × W 6 m × H 4 m (adjustable to accommodate custom plant requirements). Control: Siemens PLC + 10" touchscreen with one-touch recipe recall. Extruder + foaming furnace + traction cutting unit + other equipment can be added or subtracted based on production capacity, environmental requirements, and product specifications.
